   How soon after I purchase my plan can I start working    on my website?

   Domain registrations take at least 24 hours. However, this can take longer
   due to occasional technical difficulties or errors with your registration.
   You can check the status of your registration via the Sitestein Control Panel.

   The domain name will take approximately 48 hours to become fully
   visible to all computers on the Internet. This is the time needed by the DNS
   (Domain Name Server) to send out the new location of your site.



  What if I forgot my Login / Password?

   ANSWER 

 • By any chance you forget your login or password, you must contact us by email or
   phone and our representative will help you retrieve your information.



  How long does it take to register a domain name?

   ANSWER 

 • Domain registrations generally take at least 24 hours. However, this may be longer

  If I sign up with Sitestein do I have to change my   ISP/service   provider?

   domain or purchasing a package with us. We are a web hosting company and not    an  ISP, so there is no need to change your method of accessing the Internet.

 • You can upgrade your plan at any time. From a personal basic, to a fully functional    store, enjoy the capabilities of upgrading from your own control panel.

  You also have the option to stay at the present plan you are in and upgrade space
  from a large range of storage packages.
